Common Questions

My family owns no land and no property. What do I submit for the property check?
Submit a notarised self-declaration affidavit stating that the family owns no agricultural land and no residential property above the prescribed limits. Also obtain a 'nil holdings' certificate from the Talathi confirming no land in your family's name.
All earning members of my family need to submit income proof. Does this include my working siblings?
Yes β€” include income proof for all family members living together who earn income. This includes working siblings if they are part of the same household.
I have Form 16 from my employer. Is that enough as income proof?
Yes β€” Form 16 is strong proof of salaried income. Combine it with salary slips for the last 3 months for the most complete income documentation.
