Steps to Update Date of Birth

- Visit the centre during working hours (Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–5 PM)
- Carry:
- Original Aadhaar card
- Original proof document + one photocopy
- At the counter, ask for the “Aadhaar Correction Form” and select Date of Birth for update
- Fill the form carefully — write the correct date exactly
- Submit form + documents + biometric verification (fingerprint or iris)
- Pay ₹50 fee
- Collect your Acknowledgement Slip with URN number
